Co-Founder & Head Coach
A dynamic force in youth empowerment, Dene defied conventional education paths on his journey from professional athlete to digital entrepreneur. After a career-ending accident he transformed his hardship into expertise and is now recognised as a youth skills development expert.
Rushani Mahendran
Chief Learning Officer
Rushani has over 17 years experience in tutoring and curriculum design - her unique skill set has established her as a leader in integrating technology with education. Having been the Head of Product at an EdTech start-up and a digital lead for online brands, she combines a deep understanding of educational needs with digital innovation expertise.
Dr Joy Kettyle
Education Adviser
Joy is the Acting Vice Principal for Curriculum and Student Experience at York College. A passionate educator with extensive experience in the education sector, Joy holds a Doctorate in Education from the Queens University Belfast where her research explored assessment for learning and its potential for positive impact on learners from lower socio economic groups.
David Aspinall
Marketing and Tech
David is a seasoned Digital Marketing Director with 22 years’ experience across agencies, specialising in strategy, SEO, PPC, and excelling in FinTech project management. He's pivotal in driving business growth, wielding the skills to expand company capabilities robustly. David is a talented computer whisperer.

Sammar is a Lecturer in Business and Management at the Derby Business School, University of Derby where she contributes towards Degree Apprenticeships, online business degrees, and research supervision.

Entrepreneur, world traveller, and former superyacht manager, Cayla has worked across 40+ countries, launched the wellness brand Theta Naturals Co. and founded the networking app Biosphere.
